The Intercontinental Hotel will be the official lodging quarters where all event lecturers, the media, and special guests will be staying.

Keep the following instructions in mind:

• We have arranged preferential lodging rates for participants to the XXXIII Interamerican Congress of Psychology  2011, therefore, reservations must be made directly through the event Logistics Operator Firm: Comunicaciones Efectivas.
• To insure your lodging reservation a credit card deposit covering the cost of the first night must be made.
• Reservations are totally safe.  Your private information is completely protected through the whole process. Private information shall only be used for the processing of your hotel reservation.
• Comunicaciones Efectivas reservation service has no cost whatsoever, and no amount shall be charged to customers’ credit cards.  Lodging shall be paid directly to the hotel.
• Lest cancellation is received 48 hours before the date of your reservation, the hotel shall collect the first night deposit and such amount shall not be refunded. 
The hotel reserves the right to check on credit card authenticity before your time of arrival.
